    Best resort in hoi an. Everyone is happy. Bikes on the city is perfect they give us free hats thank yo for making sure we'll be okey. Highly recommend

    We had such an incredible stay would highly recommend it to those visiting Hoi an, close enough to the main areas and still in an area that is peaceful, best of both worlds, would highly recommend it, service is also very good, would stay again next year

    A lovely resort with a huge buffet breakfast, calm, spacious rooms, views of the river, easy access to Memories show and very nice staff. Definitely worth staying here. You won't regret a thing.

    The positives- fantastic breakfast options with amazing friendly staff. Both pools are lovely and you are well looked after by the life guards with towels etc. Resort itself is big, beautiful and well Maintained. Use of bicycles is excellent as the resort is a little bit away from a little mini mart or restaurants. Negatives- Our hotel room as booked was named as a ‘ 2 bedroom family appartment with garden views’ Our appartment was in fact 2 hotel rooms with seperate keys and amenities inside the rooms, with a common space with sofa and tv. No air conditioning in the living area which was stayed on booking. No garden views just a view of the river ( which was lovely) It def was not a family appartment at all! I spoke to the manager who assured me it was as described, even after pointing out the details they said for me to contact Agoda which I did and literally got nowhere other than a credit of Agoda cash! This was absolutely unacceptable! In the end I just had to get on with it because it was ruining my time. We are a family that enjoys hanging out together in comfort and having facilities available to us such a a fridge, bin etc in the shared space! This description as per my booking was utter rubbish and we were extremely disappointed!
