Loved the accomodation and infinity pool - we had a two bedroom river view villa and this had heaps of room and very comfy beds. Good buffet breakfast and while not in town close enough to walk, bike or Grab easily to the old town or walk to nearby food and spas. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely grounds.
Slightly confusing process for ordering drinks & food through the app which meant sometimes orders were missed. More shade and deck chairs around the pool for number of guests would be great.

Spacious. Clean. Good air-conditioning. Lots of TV channels. Nice balcony. Infinity pool is relaxing. You can play 8ball pool for free.
There was 1 light in the open faced wardrobe that we couldn't turn off in room 204, it was on the whole time, bit distracting when trying to sleep. Cleaners also left all lights on after cleaning the room ~ wasting electricity. Pillows were too soft, could be firmer

We loved the location and how friendly the staff were
Both the pools were great but a bit too hot in afternoon. Cooler water would have been good to really cool off in the heat
