    My family of four loved this property. It is a bit of a walk into town but you can walk on the path along the river and it is so beautiful. There are a couple excellent restaurants across the street. The pool area was excellent and a nice place to relax. The room was lovely and the main bed was cozy. Our teens slept on the pull out and it was the most uncomfortable bed, worst than most pull outs. Breakfast was great, not a buffet. There are a few choices on a menu both western and Vietnamese.

    Agoda changed me twice - still not resolved so having to go via my bank to claim back. Hotel is nice with lovely pool and location but… there is a rooster right next door that starts at 3am and continues until 7am and sometimes through the night. 9 of us stayed and no one had a good nights sleep any of the nights.

    We stayed in a family apartment and it was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool is gorgeous and breakfast was great. A special mention goes to Ricky who went above and beyond to help get my son’s backpack back after he accidentally left it on the bus to the airport and we had to fly out before we had realised. Ricky is a true asset to Full Moon Apartments and displayed the exceptionally helpful and friendly nature the Vietnamese people are known for.
