Great river view. Complimentary shuttle and bike rentals to city center. Friendly staff, and comfortable bed.

Room was kind of small not much shelves space to stuff out. Streets were really tiny to get in if your driving a car, taxi drivers have to drive careful on the one way street

Lovely location, far enough from the hubbub of tourist ground zero but a pleasant walk along the river into town. Very close to many excellent cafes, restaurants, lanterns-making workshops, the central market, and the heritage houses of old town, but extremely quiet and peaceful. The resources on site were exceptional— a lovely pool and pool deck, largely shaded; an in house gym and very reasonably priced spa; a lovely front patio and entry hall; and a fantastic breakfast with a wide range of Vietnamese and western options everyday. Also, in house laundry for a very reasonable price, bikes free for use for cycling to the beach; and a supremely helpful staff. Also, most comfortable bed I have slept in in all of Vietnam!

Everything it’s definitely a boutique hotel. The staff are amazing. The Facilities and the property is very nice.

I wish it were a little bit closer to the center of the city, but that’s a small thing you do have to catch a shuttle back-and-forth

Lovely location with the most amazing staff. Lisa organised a cake and decorated our room for my husband’s birthday as a surprise. Clean hotel with good facilities. Reception very helpful in booking tours and travel information. Would definitely stay again .
