Everything. The staff at reception were so nice in telling me about breakfast, what to do nearby and also where to go next so big thank you to them. They allowed for me to have an early check in which was amazing and the room itself was very nice. It was all clean and so was the facilities. Would come back

Paradise in the patties - with amazing amenities We had such an incredible stay and honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous - beautifully designed, spotless, spacious, and every bit as stunning as the photos online (which is surprisingly rare!). The entire property is immaculate, and the pool area is just as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures - a perfect place to relax after exploring. One of the absolute highlights each morning was the breakfast. The selection was exceptional, with so many fresh, delicious options, and everything was beautifully presented. It was genuinely one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hospitality was second to none. A very special thank you to the delightful and lovely Nam who truly went above and beyond for us throughout our stay and after. He was unbelievably joyful, positive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his enthusiasm and genuine care made such a lasting impression. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we feel very lucky to have met him. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate - you won’t be disappointed. We’ll absolutely be recommending this hotel to our family and friends, and we’d love to come back again in the future.
