Everything was lovely. The room was comfortable. The staff was amazing. The housekeeper on the 5th. Floor was, darling. I don’t know her name, but she was adorable and Luca in the bar in the evening was great. The morning staff was also incredible but the gentleman I don’t know his name, but he was short and ha sang and he was so friendly and lovely these were my favorites, but everybody was over the top wonderful! we will be back.

Beautiful property right on the lake. We had a lake view room which was very nice although it could use some updating. The grounds and pool were beautiful. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with many choices and again the ambience was wonderful outside overlooking the lake. The town is a 15-20 minute walk, so it would be tough for seniors. In summary a wonderful property right on the lake. We would come back !

Fresh juices for an extra charge. Daily room cleaning. Good selection of local wines and good drinks. Parking on side without complication. Good view of the lake from the hotel room. The garden and the hotel surroundings are very clean. On - site special offer of excursions or rent boats even without license.

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location directly on the side of Lake Garda. The room was modern and perfectly clean and we enjoyed the superb views from the Balcony. gardens and swimming pool area were excellent. Our only reserve was the lack of an evening dinner restaurant which meant leaving the Hotel to sample some excellent local cuisine. However, next door is the Casino Restaurant which can be highly recommended or to walk 15-20 Mins South to a selection of bars and restaurants. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

We had a superior room with a lake view and spent at least an hour each evening on the terrace admiring the view with a glass of wine before heading out. If not we would be outside sitting by the pool area or on the terrace by the water. The water by the hotel was very clean and clear. We also spent a lot of the evenings strolling up the hill behind us which is 5-10 minute walk to a small town with lots of restaurants with amazing service and delicious food. We were very surprised to find that Passenger was playing in the arena one evening and could hear all of his music whilst enjoying our dinner.

Whilst there the lift broke down twice in as many days, once whilst we were in it. As we were on the 5 floor and not able to manage all the stairs we asked for a transfer of room to a lower floor. This was done but one member of staff intimated that it was the way we pushed the button that had caused the problem. On the whole the hostel was superb although it would benefit from a more extensive menu and a restaurant on site.
