For the people with kids and pets is the best place to be at Garda!!!

It looks like the manager of this hotel knows exactly how to run business! All top! Friendly stuff! Such a delicious food in the restaurant! Fine Küche! Probably 4-5 stars Koch! Beach within 10m. City c.a 15 min walk. Beautiful nature! Our small dog was enjoying hospitality as well! We definitely will come back again! Thanks to the whole team!

Location is great, view is awesome, very clean rooms, nice terrace in front of the room.

Breakfast is very basic, in general restaurant food could be better. Hotel seems old. Only our bathroom in our room was renovated, but it is difficult to name it a quality renovation.

Amazing lake view combine with nice stuff make the hotel a perfect place to stay if you wanna chill, reload, find some piece. We were traveling for 2 nights and were surprised to find that kind of hotel next to the water.

The view is beautiful, the location is great, the garden is very nice. Some staff are nice

First, when you arrive a bit late, there's no parking left, and it's a real struggle. Room for 3 really not up to standing and sofa bed uncomfortable. The toilet seat was very weird and it was really bad. Breakfast was a very poor experience with nothing left to eat when you arrive a bit late like 9am. It was like if a could of crickets ate everything and staff do not replace the food, they don't care. We need to fight to get waiters to get coffee. For 330 euros a night it's not what you expect.

Great location with views of lake. Very comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast and dinner options. Lovely to sit out for meals with views of lake.

Garden areas were not well looked after with lots of weeds and poor flower beds which detracted from overall enjoyment of hotel.

Wonderful located, nice Villa with super friendly and professional staff (Diana at reception and Elisa as well as Giacomo at restaurant - as well very friendly housekeeping staff). Very good breakfast and the terrace is very nice / Also very good for a delicious and nice dinner!

Great breakfast, awesome views of Lake Garda from the property, very charming feel to the property. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel seemed stingy with giving out drinking water. The hotel is also a bit of a walk to the nearest town (about a 20 minute walk), which was tougher with our young kids. The property is also easy to miss when driving there the first time. Lastly, the room door locks need a refresh. We had to use a physical key that required some maneuvering to properly lock the door each time.

Relaxing vacation in the park villa

Wonderful garden, great position on the lake shore but not too far away from Maderno, accessible via a nice lungolago. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and terraces are a bonus

Only a few things to dislike: showers need renovating as they are leaking, the Spa is in maintenance for weeks if not months...and the internet is not great

Lovely place to stay and relax. Location was very picturesque.

Breakfast was good and a good variety. Location and scenery lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Small room. Tight to get by the bed. No drawers for folded clothing. Dinners were nice but portions were small and pricey . Starters and deserts were nearly the same price as the main courses. A lot of fish courses but not a lot of meat dishes.

Staff very helpful

The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of their way to sort out a problem with our room and rectify the wellness spa not being open yet. Diana and Ornella especially went out of their way to help. They organised restaurant bookings and went over and beyond what they needed to do. They are a real asset to the hotel and saved what could have been a disastrous two days stay into a very enjoyable experience.

The hotel was a little dated and needed some TLC.

Amazing hotel

Found this hotel on booking.com and it did not disappoint! The views from the hotel are amazing! The reception staff both day and night couldn’t be more helpful if they tried very friendly and answered all of my questions even printed off the weather for the weekend and train times! Overall a lovely hotel and will definitely be going back!

Room was extremely small. Not until we checked in were we told it was an "economy" double. Bathroom so small that shower door folded in and you had to walk across it(!) to use the toilet. Was very misleading with the price and should be clearly listed. We would Never have booked this room otherwise. Restaurant and restaurant staff excellent Location and gardens excellent. Receptionist surly and front desk completely indifferent to our room issue.
