Calm and comfy property in a cute little town

It's a traditional building nicely restored with modern design and amenities. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making the place look and feel homely and comfortable. There's a cute little pool with sun beds and olive trees, which gave us a nice vacation feel. Everything in the property was neat and clean and it was family friendly. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of fruits, bread, ham, baked pastries and great coffee. The lake is less than 15 minutes walk downhill from the property. There is one small restaurant with great food, a few meters away from the property. The town Portese is small, calm and beautiful with fewer tourists and it has a small harbor with ferry connections to Garda, Salo and Sirmione.

Lovely stay!I

The hosts are very helpful and flexible. Excellent communication (very fast and helpful replies) from the booking until the end of stay. Easy check in and check out experience. We had issues on the road we were unsure if we could manage to arrive before 20:00. Francesco was very accommodating. The hosts live next to the property, which is super convenient for emergencies like late check in. The rooms are big, clean, and modern with great ac. Very nice breakfast verity. Plenty of garden toys which our 18 months old child was super happy about. Very relaxing pool and pool area. For a little fee we got late check out which was super convenient. We also recommend the parking option, as it is handy. All in all, lovely stay!

Everything was lovely. Maybe just the bed frame could be more stable as with even a small movement it was quite bouncy so when our baby was crawling on it the whole bed was dancing 💃 😂

Una piccola meraviglia sul Lago di Garda :)

Un weekend durato fin troppo poco è a renderlo davvero magico è stata proprio la struttura scelta! Gestione familiare; accoglienti, gentili e davvero attenti ad ogni piccolo dettaglio. Consigli ottimi su cosa e come andare a visitare, tipo la Baia del Vento (stupenda), le attrazioni che meritano assolutamente di esser visitate (soprattutto con poche ore a disposizione e una bambina) e dove andare a mangiare (lo trovate pure nel book in camera). Tutta la struttura compreso l'interno delle camere sono silenziose, pulite e ben tenute (come nuovo); la camera matrimoniale dove abbiamo soggiornato "Isola di San Biagio" era spaziosa (poteva starci una culla/lettino per la bambina senza risultare stretta), un bagno grandissimo con doccia grande. A colazione potevi trovare dalla frutta fresca ai pomodori e uova soda, affettati e formaggi accompagnati da ottimo pane, torte fatte in casa, biscotti, croissant e cereali in monoporzione, tutto arricchito da marmellate, nutella e burro di arachidi. Se lo fate presente riescono a farvi trovare tante soluzioni confezionate anche senza glutine! Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo davvero a tutti! Ah, poi la piscina è MAGNIFICA!

Cudowne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek i zwiedzanie

Wspaniałe, kameralne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek. Apartamenty bardzo czyste i dobrze urządzone. Pyszne, obfite śniadania przygotowywane z wysokiej jakości lokalnych produktów. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - niedaleko do jeziora (choć z powrotem mocno pod górkę - dla nas to nie był problem, ale mógłby być dla osób mających trudności z chodzeniem) oraz świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Basen niewielki, ale wystarczający, a do tego idealnie czysty (codziennie czyszczony). Spędziliśmy tam tydzień i aż szkoda było wyjeżdżać.

Die Apartments waren optisch sehr ansprechend, wunderschönes Haus

Die Funktionalität sowie die Privatsphäre kamen etwas zu kurz! Der Kühlschrank im - räumlich komplett offenen - Apartment war sehr laut und die Matratzen waren leider nicht gut. Weiters hätten wir uns einen eigenen Außenbereich gewünscht. Es gab nur einen allgemeinen und hier gab es nicht genügend Stühle. Kein Parkplatz!

prima appartement voor iets langer verblijf met goed ontbijt.

prima ruim appartement , dagelijks een fijn ontbijt met voldoende keuze. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Optie om na uitchecken bagage even achter te laten en bij zwembad te verblijven. Geschikt om er met kinderen te verblijven. Supermarket in de buurt, echter wel op openingstijden letten. Op 20 minuten lopen bij San Felice een grotere supermarkt die langer op en is en meer lekkere verse maaltijden heeft. San Felice heeft ook leuke restaurantjes. Portese heeft een leuk (grind) standje direct naast de haven met natuurlijke schaduw ( let op de bomen) en openbare toilet

Er zit een enorm steile heuvel die je op en af moet tussen de B&B en de haven of het strandje van Portese te komen. Dit is zeker met warm weer best vermoeiend als je te voet bent.

Meraviglioso

Nel piccolo borgo una vera oasi di serenità. La stanza è meravigliosa, con un grande letto sull'ampio soppalco, camera dotata di tutto, ma veramente tutto. Bello anche il giardino con una piccola ma molto ben curata piscina. Colazione meravigliosa, banana bread fatto in casa, prosciutto e melone in aggiunta ad un'allestimento dove non mancava niente.

Ein wundervolles kleines Hotel bzw. Pension!

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Gebäude sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war einfach nur phantastisch, ganz neu und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Ganz besonders hat uns die Badewanne im Zimmer gefallen und ein richtiges, gutes Kopfkissen! Außerdem hatte ich um 2 separate Zudecken gebeten, die wir auch bekommen haben. Die Inhaberfamilie ist sehr nett! Das Frühstücksbüffet war klein, aber fein. Der Ort Portese ist auch nicht so überlaufen, was uns gut gefallen hat.

Da fällt mir nichts ein. Wir können das kleine, hübsche Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

schöner Kurzurlaub am südlichen Gardasee

Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, ausgezeichneter Kaffee, sehr freundliche Gastgeber (die übrigens auch englisch und ein bisserl deutsch sprechen); großes Bad mit Bidet und geräumiger Duschkabine; alles sehr sauber. Der Wein für den Abend hat gute Qualität und wird mit passenden Gläsern und reichlich Knabberzeug serviert.

Die Matratze ist etwas hart, die eingesteckten Zudecken wie überall im Süden lästig und nicht als Einzeldecken verfügbar. Der nächtliche "Kampf" um die Decke fördert nicht den Tiefschlaf. Die Schiebetür zwischen Zimmer und Bad ist mühsam zu bedienen, ein guter Griff fehlt an beiden Seiten.

Tutto perfetto! Consigliatissimo per famiglie, piccoli gruppi e coppie. Camere molto curate e spazi in comune molto como

Struttura molto accogliente e tranquilla. Tanti spazi collegati ma sicuri e delimitati che ho trovato comodissimi per i miei bambini. Molto comoda la terrazza tra le logge fronte camera con tavolini e il giardino interno collegato alla sala colazioni e all’altro giardino con piscina. Molto piacevole il servizio bar in piscina con la possibilità di bere l’aperitivo direttamente sugli sdrai. Posizione strategica per molte attrazioni del lago di Garda. Parcheggio sia in struttura che gratuito nelle vicinanze. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

I titolari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Camere nuove e finemente ristrutturate con ogni comfort. Ottima colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato e prodotti fatti in casa e di qualità.
