Nothing to dislike. Two small things, breakfast menu for cooked food could’ve been made clear and evening dining wasn’t made clear, we had to look on the hotel website to see what was on the menu and if indeed evening meals were offered.

Lovely hotel in the centre of San Felice, Lake Garda

This boutique hotel is in the lovely town of San Felice, just outside Saló on Lake Garda. It is right in the centre of the town, with bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes’ walk. Free parking is also close by, only 100 m away. The room was very comfortable, overlooking the swimming pool; the breakfast was delicious. But what made the stay memorable for us was the friendliness of the staff: it’s hard to single anyone out but in particular Greta and Stefania were most helpful, as was everyone. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good location & pretty courtyard

Location was great! Breakfast was plentiful and the courtyard where we ate was quite pretty. We enjoyed the pool.

The location was great. Really cute little town and ate some of the best pasta of my life in Trattoria Bar Centrale right next door! It just a 10 min walk downhill to the lake and there are several options for lunch by the water, all with very beautiful views. The courtyard for breakfast/coffees is stunning and the pool was perfect.

When we arrived we were given a twin room which was horrible. Really dark and bleak - looked like a budget hostel room! They moved us to a double as we had booked but we would have been very unhappy staying in the twin so just be aware of that. The bathroom also absolutely stank. There must be an issue with the sewers because every morning we woke up to a foul smell, even when keeping the extractor fan on all night!

Relaxed and comfortable but quite basic

Lovely location, much nicer than the big resorts. Very pretty courtyard and garden. Nice clean pool, pool towels provided. Lovely staff. We had pizza on their pizza night and it was incredible! Room was clean.

Room was very basic and in need of updating. Shower cubicle door was coming off it’s runners and didn’t close properly (resulting in a very wet floor) and bedside table was broken.

quiet place in the middle of the village

nice location in the midst of san felice. however, san felice is not really big, so … if you arrive by car, it is difficult to park, because the hotel is in a very narrow street in the center. a bit difficult, if you have luggage. and even off season a bit complicated to find parking. restaurant was closed during our one night there. the room was small, but quiet, clean and comfortable. breakfast was italian ok, but not lavish.

beautiful building and very nice staff…we arrived in the evening so we could not make use of the pool or go down to the lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the patio had a lovely atmosphere.

we only stayed one night…it probably would have been better to stay a few days to enjoy the area…it was a bit hard to find

Viaggiatori e non turisti!

Antica villa ricca di charme. All’arrivo abbiamo scoperto che il letto matrimoniale erano in realtà 2 letti singoli accostati, ma alla nostra richiesta, la reception si è subito prodigata per mettere un topper ovvero un materassino che si pone sopra e consente di dormire molto bene. Per noi era indispensabile in quanto siamo due adulti e una bambina piccola che dorme con noi. La preparazione del letto è alla tedesca, ovvero senza lenzuola con i piumini, molto comoda e igienica, ma forse non é compresa dai clienti italiani. Non è il solito hotel standard, ma ha carattere e conserva le tradizioni locali. La colazione era molto buona, prodotti locali e torte fatte in casa. La casa é pet friendly e molto silenziosa. Consgliatissima per chi si sente più viaggiatore che turista.

Vacanza mordi e fuggi.

Per la mia idea di weekend e il modo di trascorrere le giornate la posizione della struttura era abbastanza ottimale.

La doccia del bagno in camera è stata studiata male. L'acqua esce dal piatto doccia e il soffione troppo grande per la dimensione del piatto. Preferisco un saliscendi (meno costoso) molto più funzionale in mancanza della cuffia salva capelli.

Chiamarlo hotel è un atto di fantasia. In camera mancavano le lenzuola 😑, dettaglio che di solito si dà per scontato, come il letto stesso. Niente acqua in camera, perché anche bere è evidentemente un lusso. Il bidet ?? Un ricordo folkloristico. Il riscaldamento spento, perfetto se l’idea è vivere l’esperienza di un ritiro punitivo più che di un soggiorno. Non è accoglienza, non è ospitalità ma è sopravvivenza. Un elenco di assenze che racconta molto più di qualsiasi promessa sul sito.

La gentilezza dello staff è davvero lodevole. L'hotel è bello; la stanza era grande, comoda e graziosa. Mi sono sentita accolta dalla gentile signorina della reception e dalla signora premurosa della prima colazione. Consiglio vivamente di andarci.

Perché sur les collines

Un hôtel de charme dans un petit village tranquille sur la colline ! Grand porche ouvrant sur un patio accueillant ...déco ancienne des pièces de réception, beaux tableaux dans la salle du petit déjeuner, escalier en marbre d'époque pour monter aux chambres, ambiance sympa et personnel chaleureux ! Chambre agréable, couette à petites fleurs et lit confortable. Dans le couloir un tableau du chat de la maison Giulano très amusant, qui adore griffer le beau parquet .... Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien garni évidemment, que l'on peut aussi prendre dans le patio Pas de restaurant à l'hôtel mais dans le village on trouvera plusieurs petits restaurants/trattoria sympathiques Par contre les amateurs se réjouiront de la jolie piscine sur le côté (visible de la salle du petit déjeuner) à laquelle on ne s'attend pas vraiment ici Depuis l'hôtel on peut descendre jusqu'au port Porto San Felice, une promenade d'un bon quart d'heure, et embarquer pour Isola del Garda (mais il faut avoir réservé bien sûr !). Le San Filis est parfait pour rayonner (Manerba, Salo ou Gardone) et rentrer au calme le soir :-) Nous avons beaucoup aimé et reviendrons assurément !
