Sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Äußerst saubere Zimmer - es wurde stets sehr gründlich geputzt. Gepflegte Anlage. Sehr ruhige Lagen in einer Sackgasse.

Das Personal ist leider gemischt freundlich - Während das Personal an der Poolbar sehr freundlich ist und äußerst herzlich ist, wird man morgens beim Frühstück oder Abends im Restaurant nicht unbedingt freundlich behandelt. Auch an der Rezeption hat das Personal war das Personal je nach Besetzung freundlich. Das Personal sollte in den Basics geschult werden - Begrüßung, Verabschiedug und Erkundigung nach dem Wohlbefinden während des Aufenthalts. Irgendwann hatte ich keine Lust mehr mit den Leuten zu reden, weil man das Gefühl hatte, dass das Personal einfach nicht angesprochen werden möchte. Bitte reduziert die Kommunikation auf Whatsapp auf ein Minimum - es nervt jeden Tag via Whatsapp Reinigungstermine abzustimmen. Keine Events, mit Zuzahlung während des Aufenthalts oder bitte teilen Sie den Gästen das bei Buchung mit. Kein Gast hat Lust 50 € pro Person für eine Party zu zahlen oder der Party bis nachts zu lauschen. Entweder ihr seid Eventlocation oder Hotel.

Klasse Lage, atemberaubender Ausblick, Personal in der Rooftop Bar und an der Rezension wirklich unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Reiningspersonal macht auch einen klasse Job!

Das Frühstück war wirklich enttäuschend! Wenn das Frühstück um 7:30 Uhr öffnet erwarte ich, dass dann auch alles fertig ist und nicht, dass dann erst angefangen wird alles vorzubereiten. Oft waren weder Eier,die Säfte noch die Müsli Sachen fertig. Wir haben es 2/3 mal auch um 8 probiert und auch da war das Personal gerade erst in den Vorbereitungen. Selbst die Türen zur Teresse waren noch zu! Jeden Tag kam „oh today i am late, i‘m sorry“ blöd nur, wenn es eine Woche jeden Tag so ist. Und der Kaffee war dafür, dass wir in Italien sind, auch einfach nur traurig- billiger Krümelkaffee

Great location right by the lake in a quieter area of Lake Garda. Great facilities like breakfast terrace, laundry room and indoor parking with large elevators to help with luggage. Staff very friendly and helpful with a shoutout to Neda for her warmth and hospitality and the manager of the restaurant (did not get the gentlemen’s name)

The rooftop bar and pool area hosted a private party so the noise was loud late into the night which was right above my room and many others as its only a 3 story building. Floors need better cleaning

nice location and quiet cul de sac road by the lake, with views onto Salo et Gardone R. The lady serving breakfast was very nice.

Rooms are small, as shower room is disproportionate. The room itself is c 16m2/170sqf. The Deluxe room only difference with the standard room is a small backyard patio by the door entrance, on a public corridor. In any other hotel it would not warrant that labelling, let alone a price difference as applied here. Management was deaf to any claim i tried to make. Finally, check in was supposed to be online only if arriving after 19h30, but we were pressed to do so by 18h. Not a big deal but is a reflection of the average quality of the place.
