    I love the design style, which is unlike the other palace-style hotels in Venice. It is very clean, chic, and located in a calmer area with good restaurants (quite pricey, but well it's Venice!) within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Whenever I visit Venice, I always choose this hotel. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast selection and taste.

    The hotel seems new, modern rooms and very nice staff. It’s a little distance from the main area of Venice but also close to the station and arrival areas. Very nice experience.

    For a nice hotel they are very cheap. We went in the heat wave and only found out that AC was centrally controlled and had to call reception everytime we wanted it changed. I kept requesting for it to be cooler but common areas were liveable whereas our room was a sauna. Spoke to other guests and they had the same problem. Staff mostly unhelpful, wouldnt help with situation and wouldn’t bring ice to room. Hotel had umbrellas for rent, if that doesn’t tell you their priority which is to extract every dollar from you. In fairness though, the location was excellent and the hotel was very clean. Also had cold water and sparkling water station which was a life saver. Wouldn’t recommend for this price, it is a bit overvalued.
