    The room is big and staff are super welcoming. Location is near to 神泉station but a bit far from Shibuya station. I think the hotel can remind other customers not to mess up with another Tokyo Stay in Shibuya cause we first went to another Tokyo Stay and they sent us back to this hotel, and i think we are not the first customer doing this

    Really bad experience at this hotel… We arrived to the hotel late night and when entering the room, it had an unsettling smell of trash and sewage. Staff requested to enter the room to confirm and then re assigned us to another room. The second room, while less smelly, had sticky drink marks on the table and hair on the toilet. The bathroom also had a sewage smell when door was closed. Bad house keeping, they take out the trash and replace towels if a magnet is put on the door, but will only make your bed for an extra fee. Location is okay, but in a very hilly region, so after a long day it will add up. The lobby is well maintained, but the rest of the hotel could use more care. It is outdated and looks dirty. The only actual pro is that the room size is good for Tokyo standards.
