    Self-service was kinda confusing but overall it was worth the price. I didn't speak or even see any staff but the facilities was made easy to navigate. If I am passing through again I will definitely stay here again.

    I wish the facilities were maintained a little better. At the very least, a consistently filled water filter would be nice. The stairwell was a little dusty but the capsule beds and the room were well kept. The common room was constantly warm and even opening the window did not really cool it down. I tried to plug in the fans and it didn't work so it wasn't too comfortable to lounge around in during the day. If you just need a place to sleep and get clean though, its great value.

    I love this girls only hotel since 2017. But the leisure room and hot bath room and stairs really really need deep clean and maybe some refurbishment. At least remove dust and mold. Other than that it’s my favourite budget place in Tokyo

    There’s no lift. Had to carry my suitcase up to my room which was on the 3/F. Water machine had no water. You’ll need to buy your own food and drinks back.
