S2 Shibuya House 850m from Shibuya Sta

The place is < 5 minutes walk from Shinsen Station. 1 Station away from Shibuya Station by Inokashira Line. This is very good point for us. The room is comfortable. We are group of 4 of adults (parents and 2 adults kids). The size is around 43 is quite spacious for Japanese Housing. It has big storage area for your luggages but inside a cupboard. If you are planning to just keep your luggage open, it will be a bit full. The wifi is quite fast for all of us. The place also provides many charging/electricity outlet as well for charging. The toilet, bathroom and washing area is quite spacious. Washing machine, iron board and iron are available as well. The bedroom is ok, quite enough for the 4 of us. All in all we had a good time there. Thank you

Not too many eating utensils available. Only small plate (3) and 4 small bowl At least to provide proper size of dinner plate (4) and 4 pieces normal size bowl to eat ramen as well fork and spoon.

Excellent location, near many restaurants, bars and about 10 minutes walk from Shibuya station. The owner was helpful and assisted asap with all our questions. We were 4 guests, and the space was just enough for us, a big bedroom, a big bathroom and a somewhat tight kitchen/corridor. The room was clean and overall satisfying. A good value for money.

A few more amenities would be appreciated. The decoration and furnitures were basic but didn’t job.

As much as the room was OK with a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 older teenagers) & 4 large suitcases it was an incredibly tight squeeze. We were on top of each other a bit but we survived ok.

I just would have preferred a little more space.
