    Everything was perfect: spotless clean room and facilities, great location, and nice staff. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Tokyo.

    I stayed only for one night since I had an event in Shibuya Bellesalle, but this was the only affordable option! It's probably the only decent hotel with a large sized room in Tokyo that costs less that JPY *** (in December, no less). Only a few minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble and is located near to many FamilyMart. The staff are so friendly and can speak English!

    Nice staff and close to the bus station to get to Shibuya Station. Private onsen available for use in the evening. But it’s undergoing renovations now and is extremely cold in the winter. Heaters in the room take a long time to heat up the room as they are quite old. The rooms are really basic with beds, a nightstand, and a TV the size of a laptop screen. The bedsheets and pillow covers were a little dusty and really cold. The way it works if you book a single room is they’ll put you in a room with two beds but only make one of them. There’s a shoe locker at the building entrance and free instant tea/coffee. You can also help yourself to skincare packets at the reception desk—and these are quite good. I think it’d be alright in the springtime when it’s not too cold or hot out. But I would’ve gotten more value and comfort for my money staying in a similarly priced hotel or upscale hostel in central Shibuya area. I chose to stay here rather than a nice hostel I stayed at in the past because I thought it’d be more comfortable staying in a larger room by myself with space to sort my suitcase before my flight. But it probably would’ve been comfier at a place that wasn’t so cold. Showers are only on the first floor and I stayed on the second floor. Most stayers seemed to be Japanese. I had to communicate with staff members through a translation app as they seem to only really speak Japanese (understandable).
