La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, a poco más de 10 minutos de la estación de Shibuya, pero está al lado de una gran avenida y es un poco ruidoso. Los aspectos positivos: los propietarios son muy amables y reactivos, el apartamento tiene una lavadora/secadora común para todos los apartamentos del bloque, en el apartamento hay un adaptador para los enchufes y un cargador de móviles, hay jabón, champú, cepillo y pasta de dientes y zapatillas para el cliente, y menaje de cocina básico para comer algo o desayunar. Las camas eran muy cómodas.
Aspectos menos buenos: para 4 personas es muy pequeño, recomiendo reservar el apartamento de dos habitaciones (lamentablemente no estaba disponible durante nuestra estancia). El baño/ducha es muy pequeño, y desprendía un olor muy peculiar.

Nice location, within 10 min walk of Shibuya scramble but more quiet section. Check in and out was via a tablet and allowed pre-registering for convenience. Big beds and table. Very responsive immediate support via messages.
Western-style toilet. Door into one of the bedrooms didn’t open fully (because of bed size) When entering the key code, you have to first press the black button in the middle, which was not specified in the otherwise very detailed instructions - we had to message for help. Please do add this to the unlocking instructions, it’s not intuitive.
