    Such a comfortable hotel to stay in prime location and you can get anything within walking distance! Dongki is a few minutes away and you don't need to queue for taxfree counter when you go there in the middle of the night. Such a convenient hotel to stay in Shibuya!@

    Clean room but I must say a bit small. Reception is not 24 hr but it definitely has all you need and it’s a perfect (I mean PERFECT) location. Small gym, laundry room, water stations, common area and breakfast area. Would stay again

    I stayed for 3 nights. It was incredibly hot and humid so naturally I wanted the air conditioning on, turned it on, green light comes on but nothing, no cold air. So I went down to reception and they control it down there and it was off. I booked over a month ago, they knew I was coming so I was disappointed with that. The reception staff are quite lovely, however, Shibuya scramble crossing is by far the biggest tourist attraction and the receptionist I spoke to hadn't heard of it!! Sorry, what? Do NOT use their maps, they are incorrect and you WILL get lost, my mobile was completely dead so I was left with no choice but to use their maps, I walked around lost in 33° heat for over an hour. They supply no coffee or tea at all. Pack your own toothbrush too because what they supply are just hideous. Its very no frills and comes close to being a backpackers hostel.
