Very clean, very simple check in and helpful staff with a great understanding of the English language. We could not have been happier with choosing this hotel. We will stay here again if and when we find ourselves back in Tokyo. The free provided amenities were a nice touch and access to shibuya station via the New South Gate even made getting around that much easier. Arigato gozaimasu!

The hotel is super clean and the service from the front desk was excellent. A highlight for us was the breakfast, which combines Japanese with western food. It was delicious and there’s plenty to choose from. Another highlight is the location of the hotel, which is near Shibuya but in a quieter street and next to the station. Highly recommended!
