Pros:
Really nice waiting area to hang out/have coffee or breakfast.
Delicious coffee in the lobby
I loved the Re Fa products in the room. Seriously the best blow dryer I’ve ever used in my life. The amenities offered were wonderful and made it so much easier to pack for this trip.
Staff was very friendly
Family mart next door
Quiet location just minutes from the craziness of shibuya crossing.
Laundry inside your room!!!
Room was small, but that’s common in Japan.
Pillows were uncomfortable
If you like to be right in the action of shibuya crossing, this was about a 15 minute walk (which we didn’t mind).

An excellent location in Shibuya. Having a fridge and a washing machine in the room was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, for which I am very grateful.
