Our room was lovely with a clear view of Mt Fuji. The bathtub was deep, the executive lounge was inviting and had lattes and matcha and snacks. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the other 3 hotels we stayed in, but it was solid. Shibuya is a pretty overwhelming place, but overall we liked being so close to the station.

Great location, clean rooms, very friendly staff.
Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Shibuya. Location is great- It is a short walk to the subway station
