The staff was excellent. Very helpful, friendly, accommodating. We just loved them.
Oh when we requested for a little extension ( maybe an hour) for check-out they refused and said we have to pay extra. We stayed for 7 days and I think they should have given us at least an hour of extension complimentary.

Clean room, lots of hooks to hang things in the room. 10 min walk to the station. Friendly, helpful staff.
Room way too small. Nowhere to keep your luggage for 2 people. Bed extremely small. Only 1 chair in the room. It was difficult to keep the water in the shower while showering so everything on the bathroom floor got wet, despite keeping the shower curtain inside the shower. The reception area was tiny with no chairs to sit on and got very overcrowded. Only had 2 set breakfast menus to choose from which only catered for Japanese tastes (ie no cereal, crossaints etc).
