Louis House Shibuya

Very good location, in the heart of shibuya. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Good price for the location.

Really steep stairs to get to the reception so it’s kinda tricky with big luggage. Toilets are really tight so when you close the doors your knees are touching the door. Shower area doesn’t have a space to change so you either change inside the shower or everyone just sees you naked. Common area was cool but people just leave trash laying around and I didn’t see much cleaning there. There was also an area with a table outside but it had tons of garbage bags so it was impossible to stay there.

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage - liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse, aber nah am Geschehen dran. Die Kapsel war gemütlich und im Bad gab es große Spiegel. Zudem war die Elektronik in der Kapsel gut, es gab alle Anschlüsse und eine eigene Klimaanlage.

Das Personal konnte leider gar kein Englisch, wodurch es schwierig zu kommunizieren war beim Check in. Zudem war das Bad schmutzig, es wurde zu wenig sauber gemacht und das Toilettenpapier war oft leer. Die Kapsel ging nicht zu verschließen, somit hatte man nur eine Gardine als Schutz, wodurch es hell war.
