Tokyo Shibya 88 Shared House

谷歌地图上有一些差评但我和朋友实际住进来还行，可能因为是淡季所以没有差评说的那么脏。房间和洗漱区域很干净，床和被子超级软，房东还给每个人准备了洗漱用品等。 隔音也还行，在房间里几乎听不到其他房间的声音。垃圾也不用自己扔，在第二天早上前把垃圾桶放在门口房东就会帮忙扔，省得我们花时间研究垃圾分类，这很好！ 一二楼都有洗漱区域，住的四天二楼除了我们几乎没见过别人，不会出现排队的情况。 自助入住，没有入住限制时间，只要不打扰别人休息随时可以入住。

位置有些太远了，去地铁站要走近二十分钟，每天玩的很累还要走一公里真的蛮累的。不过胜在价格便宜和离街区远十分安静，这点可以忽略。 不是这个民宿的问题，但是有些人的素质真的需要提高。我和朋友回来用热水壶烧了水，一个洋女一直盯着我们。我们上楼放下东西下来拿，水和洋女同时不在了，是谁干的好难猜啊，不是吧连烧个水都要时刻守在下面吗！

Close to Shinjuku and Shibuya, in a quiet neighbourhood. Suupa and combinis close by. I saw reviews complaining about the size of the room but it is perfectly fine in Japanese standards. Maybe people shouldn't carry 2 large trolley bags + 2 backpacks per person and they wouldn't have space issues. Saw many reviews complaining that the place was dirty, but it was perfectly fine. I think people are expecting it to be like an hotel when the name is "shared house". Host was nice. Would have no issue coming back

Minor complaints. Internet signal was weak at some times. Not much else to say, the positives are far bigger than the negatives.

Draudziga saimniece, visas vajadzibas ir, smuki kopts, labs wifi var ietaupīt uz esim, interesanta lokācija, neizdevās izpetīt, bet ir ko atrast, transporti ap 15 min gājienā. Vissvairāk patika, ka 30 min attālumā ir 2nd hand iela, tur drēbes var iepirkt ļoti lēti un pie reizes ieskriet visur kur labi paēst.

Veļu var mazgāt uz vietas, bet žāvētājs tāds vecs un vārgs. Labāk ir iet uz tuvējo laundromat.

Tener una habitación privada en Tokyo al valor que tiene, creo que esta bastante bien. La señora que lleva la casa es muy amable y es muy preocupada, dejando atenciones como toallas (qué no están incluidas) cambio de almohadas y un snack de regalo a tu salida. La ubicación no es cercana a las atracciones de Tokyo, la estación de metro está a 15 minutos caminando, pero hay parada de buses que te dejan en Shibuya, Shinjuku o Nakano en 35-45 minutos. No incluye sábanas así que si puedes empaca una sabana bajera ya que solo tiene el cubre colchón y el cobertor. La habitación no es muy espaciosa pero si eres ordenadx no hay problema. El aseo no es el más prolijo en áreas comunes pero ella hace lo que puede para mantener el orden.

La luz de la habitación es fría y muy brillante, yo compre una luz pequeña cálida en Hands y tema resuelto.
