It was very clean & tidy. Internal facilities were easy to use. Plenty of towels . Good property to access the general area.
Access instructions were poor . The key pad numbers are provided however on both the entrance & door key pad there were additional keys needed to be pressed - this was not on any of the instructions . This made for a frustrating experience at 11PM.

This place is located a 10 minute walk from a subway strop that is only two stops away from Shinjuku. The walk itself is down a cute pedestrian main street with pharmacies, grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, izakayas, convenience stores, etc. New construction meant that the place itself was clean and functional.

Facilities good. Washing machine, drying in bathroom, near restaurants and train station. Owners were very responsive when messaged. Quiet location.
Rooms were just too small. Uncomfortable for a 2 week stay. There was also a draft from a wall air vent which made sleeping difficult. No iron or ironing board. Nowhere to store luggage. No floor brush or mop and no service to room scheduled, only when I asked. No lift for luggage, if on top floors could struggle.
