if u with luggage, its a bit of walking downhill (but imagine going back time its uphill).. and its a bit worst cos no lift at the facilities if u are at higher floors.

El hotel esta muy bien, las camas cómodas para una persona, la duchas es muy espaciosa, tiene todo para comer o prepar comidas, hasta lavadora. Lo único que si agregaría es un elevador para solo las maletas es muy pesado bajar del 3 piso con las maletas llenas pero de ahi todo perfecto, todo es con claves

Clean & Well-Located Stay
The property impressed with its spotless cleanliness, making the stay comfortable. Facilities, including reliable Wi-Fi and hot water, were excellent and added to the convenience. Its location was quite handy for shopping, enhancing the overall value. While there were minor areas for improvement, the experience was largely positive and worth considering.

スタッフの対応が最低でしたので報告します。
本宿泊施設は、玄関の解錠手続きがメールでの指示とドアに書かれた指示とで異なっていました。ドアには「部屋番号の入力→呼出ボタン→パスワードの入力」と記載され、メールには「呼出ボタン→パスワードの入力」と記載されていました。
到着後、ドアの指示書きを見て手続きをしたところ解錠できないので、電話をかけ担当者に連絡しました。担当者が上司に解錠方法を確認して折り返しの電話をしてきましたが、後ろで上司の暴言が聞こえました。
そもそも指示書きが異なっているのは完全にホテル側の誤りであるにも関わらず、このような対応をするのはスタッフであるか客であるか以前に人間としてあり得ません。日常的に客に関して裏でひどい会話が行われているのでしょう。担当者と上司が最低の人間であることを考慮して予約することをお勧めします。
I am reporting this because the staff's conduct was absolutely appalling.
At this accommodation, the instructions for unlocking the entrance differed between the email and the instructions posted on the door. The door stated: "Enter the room number → press the call button → enter the password," while the email stated: "Press the call button → enter the password."
After arriving, I followed the instructions posted on the door, but I was unable to unlock it, so I called and contacted a staff member. The staff member checked with their supervisor about how to unlock the door and then called me back, but during the call I could hear the supervisor making abusive remarks in the background.
The fact that the two sets of instructions were inconsistent was entirely the hotel's fault in the first place. Despite this, for the staff to behave in such a manner is unacceptable not merely as hotel staff dealing with a guest, but simply as human beings. I can only assume that similarly appalling conversations about guests routinely take place behind their backs.
I recommend that anyone considering making a reservation take into account the fact that both the staff member and the supervisor displayed absolutely disgraceful behavior.
