    My 3rd trip to Birmingham staying in a hotel and this is the nicest by far. Nice rooms, good breakfast. The only downside was that the wifi was quite slow. Also the room AC was glitvhing on the first night but was fixed afterwards, though it did lead to 1 night's lost sleep. I would defo stay again though. The hotel is beautiful, location is percfet and the staff were warm and welcoming.

    enjoyed a one night stay at the Grand Hotel. It was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, the room was quiet, showers hot, staff courteous, breakfast tasty, location great - what else could you ask for!

    The room was very tiny and the bed was made for a single person or kids. Just 1,4m wide. No clue why they offer such a room for this price for couples. I would suggest a refund for at least 30-50%, because not acceptable.
