Lovely staff. Extremely helpful. Carried my bag up 3 flights of stairs and then moved me to the first floor to help me. Highly recommend this lovely hotel in a prime location.

The room was historically, with its exposed beams. Room was warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast, though not included in the reservation, was well worth the price. The off site parking was a very short distance away and was a pleasant walk. If I ever find myself in Metz again, I know where I am staying.

Staff very helpful and polite, room beautiful super bathroom. Facilities fab, the whole hotel was beautiful and bonus was it had ample parking in a town too.
Wonderful medieval town I want to return lots to see and do.
