The staff were courteous and very welcoming. There was a lovely welcome drink and cool cloth. The spa facilities and restaurant were very good.

We had a wonderful stay here, and highly recommend it.
The staff arranged our pickup from the airport and the driver was there waiting for us.
The staff is nice and friendly, and very helpful.
The room was conformable, spacious, clean, quiet, and everything worked well.
The ground and pool are beautiful, and the restaurant, which cooks your meals to order, was fantastic.
I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again if I return to Bali.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Airport shuttle service was also great. There are multiple shops and restaurants near the resort. We would stay at Klumpu again.
