This hotel was SO cute. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The front reception representatives were kind and helpful. The shared bathroom thing wasn't a big deal. Our room had 3 beds and a sink. When you leave the room, just around the corner was a shared bathroom, but it's large.

Clean room and bathrooms, felt very comfortable. Each staff member was very helpful during my brief stay. Hotel is well located near Piazza Maggiore, on top floor of building but there is a lift. Helpful there is a kettle at reception for tea and coffee, and kind to provide various sweets and fruits at reception too. Had a great stay, with a lovely view from room
