The property was in a great location and spotless clean. Unfortunately there was only one bath towel provided and no glasses or cups even though there was a fridge to put drinks in

Lovely room and easy access

We really liked the room and the location. Unfortunately we had problems getting into our room everyday. The day of arrival the code sent to us got us into the building but it took us 20 minutes to get into the room as there was a problem with the code and the link and the pad and no one to assist despite their message that there would be someone on site. Also called the phone listed and nobody answered. On day two we had same problem and the handyman on third floor was able to fix it after great difficulty and frustration. Next day same issue and nobody to help. We will not use this facility ever again given the continuous problem and worry of not being able to access our room. We were on vacation hoping to relax. This is very poor management of this property.
