The staff were not friendly or knowledgeable about the area. I booked a king room and got 2 queens. There was no pool or hot tub. Every light cover on our floor in the halls looked melted and the wall paper needed repaired. It was frustrating to realize, that it said on site parking when i booked but then I had to pay over $22 per day for parking.

The first room I went into the toilet didn't work and there weren't no towels and washcloths in the room. They move us to another room some of the power outlets didn't work.

Room was excellent, with refrigerator and microwave. AC adjusted perfectly. Great shower. Breakfast area spacious and inviting. Convenient self parking. Close walk to everywhere. Love it! And the price was great!

The hotel was very good, my issue arose when dealing with the staff. Before I had arrived I had spoken with a worker over the phone about the tax exemption I had as I was bringing a group of students. Upon checking it the individual at the desk told me "the morning person has to do that." So I left a copy of my tax form with them. In the morning I am going to check out and I ask about it and I am told "the night person had to do that" I explained what I was told the evening before and then I am told that they will leave it to be dealt with. The problem never got fixed and I ended up having to pay my school back the tax out of my own pocket. Just very disappointing that they were not willing to help at all.

Good hotel, clean and tidy and the area around it is good It’s within walking distance of bars and restaurants The day we arrived, it took 30 mins to check in, as the queue was out the door. Which is unacceptable, no explanation or apologies given. This wasn’t due to a rush at 3pm people trying to check in Overall a good place to stay with a good breakfast

Our stay was great. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was perfect for the 4 of us. Our reservation said suite with 1 bedroom, but it was basically all one room, so that was a little disappointing. But overall, everything was excellent.

The room smelled of bleach upon entry and the bedsheets on the second day were soiled. The hair dryer in the bathroom was also not cleaned. Only the wall outlets worked and none of the bedside or desk chargers worked. There was also a bolt missing from the toilet seat so it was not fastened to the toilet, resulting in sliding during use.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. We had cobwebs all over our room and there was nasty stuff stuck on the ceiling. Also, one of our glasses in our room had lipgloss on it so it was obviously used.
