Clean and comfortable. Many options for breakfast. Enjoyed the bar/lounge but would have liked it more if small bites were an option. Unsure why the firepit was lit, for the smokers to enjoy a cigarette, but I guess there was a reason.

My husband is a quadriplegic. They were very kind to give us a handicap parking near the door however, the three days that we were there, we were told that somebody would come and shovel. The snow and nobody came. Had my husband been alone he would’ve never been able to get to the car because there was too much snow in the parking area in the path to the parking area, which was very disappointing. There was no way for the wheelchair to get through that amount of snow.

This was a great hotel. The rooms were very nice. We had come into town with another couple and were able to stay in for supper and use our kitchen and couch area. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. There were a lot of options and it was a great hot breakfast. It was just a few blocks away from the Louisville Slugger museum which was a great plus. Definitely recommend.

Traffic noisy was HORRIBLE!! Loud vehicles all night long. We stayed in a king handicap room, not that we needed it, only room available for our room type. The bed was literally only 2 foot high and not that comfortable. The toilet was about as low, not even handicap height. If a person in a wheelchair stayed in this room they would have a hard time using both of these. It was a horrible room. It was on the W. Jefferson Ave side.

From the friendly employees at the check-in desk to the amazing bartender in the Lobby, it was a wonderful experience and stay! Breakfast was delicious! I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay!

I worked really hard to get all the hotel rooms in other teammates names and called and even talked to Simone and front desk to let them know that there were 2 rooms where there would only be someone in the room on the 2nd night, but both rooms were cancelled. Simone was able to refund 3 of the 4 nights, but definitely inconvenient when we are trying to find a place for 3 people at 10:30 at night after a long day at the show. I was pretty frustrated as the people that were put out were pretty upset to get there and not have rooms even though I had a key to one of them. I thought I did everything needed to communicate that we were willing to pay for ONE night when nobody was there. Maybe next time I will work to cancel the first night. Simone did what she could and I appreciate it. But was hard looking at coworkers that was upset when I had done everything to make it communicated to hotel.

There were three issues (1) the windows are not soundproof; however soft earplugs are provided 2) there is no on-site parking, but on the street is available and parking at a garage diagonal to the property is available for a fee (3) the mattress was not comfortable.

I was there for a business trip and it was also my wife’s birthday. I asked one of the receptionist( Jake, AKA Jake from State Farm) at the front counter to help me out with decorating the room as a surprise for my wife. Of course I supplied the decorations, and gave a few specifics instructions. Jake assured me not to worry and that he would take care of it. While my wife and I attended to our business, He decorated the room exactly the way I requested. When we returned hours later, it was a major success, My wife was completely Surprised. That made our trip and stay very memorable! On top of that the room was very neat and clean.
