Friendly staff, convenient parking, and fine free breakfast make this a great place to stay in Louisville!

The location was very convenient, many of the downtown attractions within walking distance, yet we had quick access to the freeway. The room had a kitchen and the parking access was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

The parking wasn’t free $19 but it was very close and easy to get in and out of so I feel like it was a great value for downtown.

Comfortable, clean and a good place to stay

Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms decent size, comfortable and clean. Out stay was impacted by the plane crash at nearby Louisville airport and a lockdown of downtown in the aftermath so we weren’t able to get out and explore the city as we would have wished but it was fine to stay at the hotel and use the facilities.

Nice but not my first choice

The bartender was amazing! Very friendly, accommodating, and the room looked nice.

The price of the hotel, the fee for parking that we were unaware of, the upcharge on the card because "the system doesn't take scents". Our cost was $254 and some change and we were charged $260 it doesn't make sense as to why it had to round up to that amount. We took a group of students and the fact that it cost us almost $300 for one room was insane!

When can I return! Homie vibes when I’m11hrs from home.

Atmosphere was welcoming, helpful and everyone was friendly. The bed was comfortable, room small but with wise furniture placement/interior design so it didn’t give small vibes. Bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels. Everything was WONDERFUL! Stephen blew my mind with amazing cocktail mixes! If I had to say something poor, water pressure in shower was a tad low. I’m so pleased in everything other way I shouldn’t have listed that but it’s a honest and very pleased review. First visit to Louisville and had an amazing time, PLAN on visiting again!

Water pressure is low, but I’ve experienced worse. It’s a nitpick I’d return to this place despite.

I can’t say enough….EXCELLENT may be an understatement!!!

Parking garage charge of $19.00 was quite steep and, in my mind, unnecessary. There really weren’t any other options other than free parking across the street until 7 AM the following morning I believe. At the very least….cut the pay to park in the garage.

Great option withing walking distance of downtown/conference center

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Excellent wide variety of breakfast options (incl for those with dietary requirements). Complimentary bottled water. Pool is small yet nice and comfortable: great if you're just wanting the wade around. Gym is basic hotel gym, however equipment is well-maintained. Rooms are in excellent condition. Great to have your own kitchen, spacious bathroom and shower, bed was comfortable. Downtown/Conference center is around 10-minute walk without feeling uncomfortable walking there at night. (Didn't notice any dodgy people)

Great choice in Louisville

Everything. The room was large, clean, comfortable and even a bit upscale. Breakfast was great and WIFI worked well. In our king room we were provided with 3 sets of fluffy towels, always a nice extra. Staff were very responsive. There was a boys baseball team staying there when we were there and they put us in a room away from the group. Breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay here again.

Super thin walls. Couldn’t sleep 1st night due to someone walking around above our room. Our third and final night there was a barking dog. We didn’t like that this hotel allowed dogs. However, the problem was resolved after talking to front desk.

I was placed on the 2nd floor and The room above me on the 3rd floor the person or people occupying it stomped back and forth til after midnight each night. There was a lot of stomping back and forth that they kept up for such confined space.

Great Value here!!

Very comfortable 4 night stay. Seems the hotel was recently renovated which was nice. The King Suite was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. Facilities were clean. Hot breakfast was decent, nothing to really complain about. Would stay here again. Location is about 10-15 minute walk to central downtown but for the price paid in comparison to the ones in central downtown. I would recommend this hotel!

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel as a whole was very clean.

Two minor things to note. Room 330 is missing a nightstand in the room. That makes the room look unfinished as there is a cut out on the wall for the nightstand. There also wasn’t pool towels in the pool area on two separate occasions.

Jakeb was incredibly helpful. Jasmine was really nice and helpful. There was another man at the desk sometimes who was also great. The bartender, Steven, was fun. Larry, who did cleaning was friendly and helpful, too. The staff made hotel special. The motorized black-out shades and sun shades on the window is really nice. The TV and ability to stream is great. It was nice having breakfast available, especially on the days when there were little cheese omelets and quiches without crust.

There were some things that didn't work. I was in rm. 427 and there was an unsightly dangling toilet paper holder that had been replaced but not removed in the bathroom. The overhead fan for the stove didn't work, nor did the garbage disposal. There was no stopper for the bathtub when I got there - that was promptly fixed. The mattresses were. not firm enough. I connected my phone by bluetooth to the TV, but it cut out a lot, unfortunately. There is so much chlorine in the pool, that I couldn't bring myself to even walk into the pool area, although I love to swim. It would be nice to have a yoga matt in the workout room. It would be nice to have some healthier veggie choices and whole grain bread available for breakfast. Also, fruit that is less green. The coffee could be much better - but I appreciate that oat milk was there as an option instead of cream.

Our room was clean and all but 1 staff member was very pleasant.

Our room had a full kitchen including a full oven. However, there was no pans or dishes available for use in the oven. We also were not made aware that we had to pay daily for parking at the hotel.
