Nice location, nice staff, would stay here again

The location was perfect for the attractions I visited (Ali Museum & Roots 101). Breakfast was good with solid selections such as omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee.

Very uncomfortable sleep in a tiny bed when I booked a king bed.

The rooms are nice and have everything you need.

I booked a king room for myself and husband. When we get to the property they tell us that because of maintenance they have to switch us to a double room. My husband is 6’3 and doesn’t fit in a small bed easily as his legs hang off the bed. The bed was very tiny and we would have preferred to sleep comfortably in a bigger bed like we had booked.

It was a nice stay in a clean and comfortable hotel, but Inwas only there for about 10 hours, because we were traveling

The lobby and rhe room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lady who checked me in was very nice and accommodating.

I accidentally booked January 19th, instead we f January 18th through Booking.com. I tried to contact Booking.com, but there was not a phone number. I tried to chat, but the answer I got was very generic and no help at all. I had to try to work it out with the employee. She didn't have access to manually change the date. She helped me by calling and being put on hold for a long time. The is process took at least an hour. It was around 10:00 PM or later before we got checked in. That was not the employee's fault. There should be a better way to handle issues like this.

Not the best. Not impressed.

Downtown.

Dirty sheets, had stains, initially had a family suite, wanted to move to a double room, was told it was going to be the same price. Got to the hotel and was told it's going to be an extra 167 dollars. What am I supposed to do, say no? I needed a place for my family to stay. Not very happy about that. Nothing was attempted to be done. No parking pass, no discount, nothing.

Don't think I'd stay again but was good enough for 1 night.

The room looked nice. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. No bugs.

Most of the outlets in the room didnt work to charge phones. My mom has a oxygen machine that has to be plugged up at night so the outlet issue was a concern. One of the lamps didnt work. Could have been a little cleaner. Even though the parking garage was right next door it was a little creepy as a single female walking thru it and across the street at night. I thought maybe there would have been a walkway between the 2.

Excellent location for a family weekend in downtown Louisville, but be prepared to pay for parking.

The breakfast was excellent and much better than what I typically see in other chains when it's a free addon. The room was comfortable and clean and the amenities were really good for a 3 star hotel. The location was ideal for walking around the downtown area as well. Almost all of the staff I interacted with were professional and helpful.

One of the evening shift staff was rather gruff and borderline rude during both of my interactions. The off-site parking was a bit annoying and it wasn't obvious at first that it would come at a steep added cost. That said, the ability to come and go during the day was nice and it seemed secure enough.

Lack of towels! A double queen room sleeps 4 people why can we not get 4 towels?? We asked for 1 towel and we're told they were out of towels.

We couldn't even check in becaust the poor Janet at the desk was unable to get through the line.

If you staff your property sufficiently and provide security then Janet at the front desk may be able to do her job and check people in. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and none of the companies involved will offer us any help in resolving this situation. All IHG properties are permanently off my list for hotels as well as booking.com, who does not provide the services they promise.

Excellent Location

Excellent location to downtown and easy parking. You can easily walk to all of the downtown things to do, such as Bourbon tasting, bars, restaurants, river cruises, etc. The room was well lit, had plenty of space, was quiet, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good experience with the hotel itself. Terrible financially and with staff.

This is the second time this hotel double charged me. They canceled my booking reservation which charged me the full amount plus a late cancellation fee, then charged me a stay under a whole different account and the lady who checked me in who didn’t know me started the whole process off very grumpy. I wouldn’t doubt she did this on purpose! I am fighting to get all these charges removed.

The staff during check in was having a bad day and I felt they took it out on me and my husband.

I loved that it was downtown and the gentlemab staff member was extremely helpful and kind

The fridge seal was broken,the bedsheets on one of the beds were dirty[sweat stain on side of bed], the sink stopper barely moved and they didn't tell us what floor we were on or how to use the elevator.

Bad place, old and poorly maintained. Had to asked for another room so bad the smell was. Bathroom without vent, dirty carpet. Garbage at the main entrance the night I arrived at.

Spent a ton of money for a room here with 3 beds, wished I would have picked a nicer hotel with 2 and bought an air matt

Location, downtown so close to restaurants. Housekeeping came every day which I see now as a plus, as other hotels I’ve been in lately don’t seem to have housekeeping daily.

The room was dirty, sheets were clean and surfaces were wiped but the corners of the bathroom had hair and guck, the floors felt swept but not mopped. Behind the door of the room was a pile of stuff that hadn’t been vacuumed in a year at least. Showerhead was broken, it was removable and had a screw to hold it on and in place. The screw was non functioning so the head would just fall and be pointed at our waist. The water pressure was very minimal and no way to change settings. Took 30 minutes to wash and condition my hair. The view was of a paid parking lot. Not the best. But not horrible. Had 3 kids with me, so stayed here for the room with 2 queens and a fold out couch. My son wanted to sleep on the floor bc the fold out couch was so uncomfortable. Springs were very apparent. I couldn’t believe it. Front desk staff was ok, minus one man, I asked if they had a laundromat and the man said yes, but don’t ask me for change. Overall not the most helpful. My son on the fold out needed another blanket bc he was right near the ac unit. The extra one for the couch was the super thin cotton blanket. He said we don’t have one. Then I asked again in person and he went and got me a duvet cover, with nothing in it. better than nothing I guess? Ran out of toilet paper, they only put the one roll on the dispenser, no back up. no one at front desk, then I asked as I was leaving if they could get some tp to the room, and they went to hand it to me… while I was leaving instead of just putting it in the room. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing great there. Spongey pancakes, nothing great. Also, no pool. Kids needed things to do and I didn’t check that before. Would have been nice. I paid wayyyyyy too much to stay in mediocre hotel. Parking was $45 for the whole weekend, not too bad. Could go in and out of garage as needed. Really, friends who were staying at the Omni for the Same length of time paid less. But I needed 3 beds so…

Great Location!! Night staff needs to move on to job they love, cause this ain't!

Night Desk Clerks need to find job they like, Young lady who checked us acted as if we were an inconvenience. Young man, Jordan was quite rude and very dismissive when addressing my concern that window shade fell as we were attempting to lower it.
