I was unable to stay the night because when I initially booked the room I made the mistake of putting the wrong date. I immediately called the hotel and was told there was nothing they could do for me. It was non refundable and non transferable. I made a mistake and immediately tried to fix it and was met with no understanding. None. And I was out $250. I will never use hotels.com again will tell everyone I know not to as well

Nice stay in a mid-sized downtown hotel. Room was very comfortable and updated. The staff were extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The location just off Michigan Ave was very convenient to shopping and cultural venues. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, room was so-so. One elevator was out of service which was inconvenient. Bed was very loud and sounded broken. TV was glitchy. Great location, wish room had a better view but that’s not on the hotel.

The bed in our room was the noisiest bed i’ve ever laid on. when either of us even rolled over it would wake the other one up. but other than that, great property, great staff & great location! would totally stay there again.

Hotel location is great, with waking distance to multiple tourist spots. I stayed there for the marathon and the location is perfect to get to the start line. The overall condition of the room was really good and the bed very comfortable. The things that are not ideal: for the price paid it was very frustrating to find that you need to pay for water (unless you have some status with Hilton); the towels are so small that I thought there were kids size; the hotel has only 2 lifts to serve 25 floors; sound insulation is terrible, you can hear any noise coming from the street, I'm glad I took earplugs with me otherwise it would be difficult to sleep at night.
