AWFUL HOTEL, TERRIBLE stay, no hot water in 2 different rooms, shower was ice cold water and the IGNORANT staff was even COLDER!! I also saw an older woman with long gray hair not even tied back in the kitchen prepping food and I watched her dip her GRUBBY, un-gloved hands into a large silver mixing bowl and start eating out of it. When I went to shower the water was ice cold, let it ran for 20 minutes and it was still ice cold. When I tried calling the front desk no one picked up for 5 minutes, I finally got a woman who said I would have to wait until after 10am when maintenance got it in. They didn’t offer to switch my room until I walked all the way down to the front desk and complained. When I got to my new room it was the same issue, shower water was ice cold. When I called down to the front desk the girl who answered said there’s nothing I can do, you have to wait until someone from maintenance gets in. Meanwhile it was 9:59am. I walked back down to the front desk and was met with some smug, white guy who tried escaping into a back office. I flagged him down and told me to go back to my room and “wiggle the shower knob, the cold water might be stuck” then he proceeded to turn his back and walk away saying “I’m not maintenance I can’t help you!” STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! It should be shut down for health code violations in the kitchen and inhabitable room conditions!

We paid for the breakfast and it wasn't on our itinerary. Room was wrong, they didnt evenboffer to change rooms or offer anything i spent 200 for a room that notmally would cost 100. And NO accommodations made. Even thiugh the policy says differently. And posted all over the facility.

I checked in online and selected a room on the same floor as my family members. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room on another floor. I questioned this, and was told that they had given my requested room to someone else. I am not sure what the point of online check in and a room request is if no one acknowledges it. The room that I was given was nice, but the bathroom had a leaky toilet and the water handle in the bathtub had multiple issues, including a constant drip.
