good staff, clean room, would come back

Great Central location, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. We'll presented and clean rooms. The hotel ticked all our boxes for a long weekend city break.

Excellent breakfast selection

We were so impressed with the accomodation, for the price we paid, it really exceeded our expectations! Its in a amazing location, immaculately clean, felt very safe, the space we had was more than enough for two adults, we slept amazingly. We live in a small town so I did wonder how loud it would be at night but it really wasnt that bad, very minimal. The room was really nicely decorated and everything well thought through. The honesty bar downstairs was a great addition too. There was one thing just to make the manager aware of was that there was a bit of a smell from the drains in the bathroom. We kept the bathroom door shut and the window in there open but it was noticeable. We understand the area is very very old so I can imagine the drains are also of that age so perhaps nothing can be done but we thought we should mention it. Didn't affect our stay.
