Well located hotel with all the services you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options 10 minutes by bus to the railway station

Located very close to town centre on bus route. Excellent room and shower room, very good lighting including a night light. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet kept well topped up even when busy. Only one lift which is in high demand at busy times. Good onsite parking but limited availability. Extra cost 19 Euros per day which isnt bad for Baden Baden.

We arrived there and nobody had warned us that the air conditioning in the whole hotel was not functioning ! Really rude staff in the reception area and when I told them frustrated that they could have informed us before (at least send an email, they told us that this was Expedias responsibility but in any case they cannot send an email by every new reservation ! Apart from the 35 degrees in the hotel which were unbearable, although the temperature outside was cool enough, the breakfast experience terrible. We arrived to the breakfast area and everything was empty. When I asked politely one lady from the staff to refill the bread and all the other plates that were empty, she was clearly irritated and told in a very loud tone that she’s all alone at this time she needs to bring the things to the buffet, clean and be in the kitchen. Clearly a really badly managed hotel ! Never met such a situation in Germany before !

The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool. The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked.

Upon arrival our first room had a bedbug that crawled onto my arm while relaxing on the bed. However, staff quickly gave us another room where we had no issues. They made things right for us. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel was right by a bus stop that took you to Baden-baden central station. Nice modern room with a fantastic breakfast! Close to the Caracalla spa and all the little shops and restaurants.

We stayed one night as we had an early morning flight from Karlsruhe airport. Bus transfer is needed from the train station to the hotel and to the airport but there are plenty of buses. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from town centre and an ideal location for us.
