The staff were brilliant. A warm welcome and the restaurant food and wine was perfect. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the towels were terrible. But all in all, a very pleasant stay, enhanced by really pleasant and helpful staff.

Very nice rooms, firm bed and excellent breakfast. Dinner was very good, too, with excellent service. Location is one minute from bus and boat stop and the lake.

It’s a nice place to stay. We lost some of the food we were traveling with because it’s the only place we stayed that didn’t have a small refrigerator.

This place was better than in the pictures. The location is beautiful, with the lake and mountain at your doorstep views. Super convienient to get a bus, or train, great proxity to the town, and to the cablecars. Restaurant was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. The owners were onsite, and assisted with all queries and requests. They even checked on every guest dining in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and warm. Very nice family owned hotel. Thank you for having us.

Good, fairly simple room. Not brand new, but also not too old or dated. Clean. Situated right by the beautiful lake and a very small beach, but seperated by road and train tracks from lake. There is limited traffic on both at night, but i was woken up by a freight train once at night.
