I stayed there because the weather was bad and I grabbed a room to stay at for the night. The price for the room is great but I wished they had more to offer to their guests. Like a pool and hot tub. I wished they offered breakfast too.

Discovered my room has roaches and there’s no one at the front desk to speak to so I can change rooms. I’m so uncomfortable and upset. It’s been an hour and there’s still no one at the front desk.

The room was great. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that it is advertised as having a kitchenette, but there are no utensils. I completely understand why, but include that it's bring your own. I didn’t need them. It's just an observation.

Stay was great until the last night. Went down to my car around midnight, Saturday night/Sunday morning. Tried to get back in the locked front doors, key didn't work for some reason. Got in a side door, but my key card wouldn't work for my room. Went to the front lobby/desk and all the lights were off. Tried calling the emergency number they have listed, it just rang to the phone at the front desk, which no one was at. Guests came in and offered help, but couldn't help. Finally, around 1:20 in the morning, a guy comes in, either he had just woken up or was stoned out of his mind. He didn't say 2 words to me, I explained what happened, he just gave me a new card and said nothing. Thankfully that card worked. I will be calling My Place corporate and lodging a complaint against this property.

Unfortunately I left a set of dog steps there but that is easily replaced. Only issue was the card key access. Because it rained, the readers on the end doors didnt work so i had to go to the main entrance when coming back in. Other than that, a great stay. Would stay tgere again if in the area.

We needed a clean place to sleep and shower for the weekend and the MY Place hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable beds. The staff was very nice. We did not need the stove but the fridge was great for leftovers and drinks. The microwave was a nice touch.

Have stayed here before. Love the little kitchenette in the room, it's quiet and clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Conveniently close to expressway but can not hear it in room.
