The room was clean. Beds were comfy.
The rooms were way smaller then advertised. Only shampoo, soap in the room. No conditioner.

This was more of an extended stay hotel. The tenants were super kind and friendly. I was impressed how they all take care of one another. Yes staff was great.
No bells and whistles like daily room service. You only got one towel each. I guess they would have given you more.

They don't allow you a return on days you paid for but left early while being a good guest.

Next to Meijer. The room was clean.
The walls are thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. Neighbor’s went to bed late and slept through their phone alarm. This place is like a Hostel Hotel. The lobby is closed early as they have metal shutters that drop down over the desk. You are basically on your own if you need something. The front entrance has a kiosk for late arrivals.
