The walls are thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. Neighbor’s went to bed late and slept through their phone alarm. This place is like a Hostel Hotel. The lobby is closed early as they have metal shutters that drop down over the desk. You are basically on your own if you need something. The front entrance has a kiosk for late arrivals.

Very clean room

Neighbors came in after midnight and were louder than needed to be, but that's no fault of the hotel . For the price, I expected more than one shampoo for two people to share and breakfast.

Customers AND STAFF, smoking weed literally outside of our window so the entire time our room smelled. Barely any sleep due to VERY inconsiderate customers above stomping around the clock, and the staff constantly slamming every door possible and screaming down the hall at any given time of day/night.

It was in a great location. There’s a Meijers right there and lots of dining choices.

Two nights in a row our bathroom was overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke. It was so bad all of the towels ended up smelling like an ashtray and were unusable. It was very obvious the person below us was chaining smoking in their bathroom but all the front desk did was gaslight me that it was coming from outside. Strange.. then why wasn’t the main room with the A/C unit affected? It was so bad the second night because it started to linger out of the bathroom and woke me dead out of my sleep.. it smelled like someone was actively smoking in our bathroom. I’ve reported the issue to customer service and have emailed the manager Megan to get a refund, still no reply. Guess next call is to the Michigan Health Department to report smoking indoors violations. Overall, despite the location the actual area did not feel safe at all. Front desk had people just hanging out with them like it was a night club.

Loved the location being so close to essentials like a gas station and grocery store! Super clean and layouts of the room didnt feel super cramped :)

The AC unit was a bit of an issue but not a deal breaker! When it reached the set temperature it blasted cold air, could've been some type of regulation but it was too cold for that.

Extremely Uncomfortable , Horrible Overnight customer service

The morning front desk woman was very kind , and accomadating the shower was warm and the bed was clean.

I pre paid using Booking.com for my room. I spoke to a women at the front desk that I was coming regardless and would likely be late. When I arrived there was no front desk worker only a phone.. so I called the girl on the other end told me my card had been decline and that my room was cancelled I tried explaining to her multiple times. I paid through booking and that I had proof of payment with me .... she kept calling a liar and stating that She didnt have payment os I wasnt getting a room .... This was 3 am I just spent 5 hrs driving there and had to be at meetings by 10 am. SO I infomred her id be in the lobby waiting to be let into a room Id paid for. She never showerd up so from 3am to 7am I Slept in the chair of their lobby. Finally a young women saw me on the cameras and came to talk t o me ... turns out she was the women I spoke with the day before and had told the I was coming in past regular lobby hors ..... but for some reason my room was cancelled . SHe gave me a room to sleep in and shower for the 3 hrs. I had left, she was the only bright spot in the whole experince.

This one was a “one and done “ for us.

No breakfast was offered. We knew that.

The marijuana smell coming in through the air conditioner every night. The elevator being out of order for most of our stay. The front desk only being open limited hours. If it hadn’t have been for the young lady running the place, we probably would’ve been stuck using the same dirty towels for the whole stay. I am still waiting to receive my invoice for the stay.

- The smell of the room was awful. I think the source of the smell came from the shower drain. - Throughout the night, I could hear someone slamming a door almost every 15 minutes, making it difficult to sleep. - The lights outside the building were so bright that the curtains could not keep the room dark during the night.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Nichelle was so kind and polite and was working her butt off the girl at the front desk was so kind I did not get her name but she was working her butt off also helping get rooms cleaned and doing the desk they may have been short staffed but these two ladies did not miss a beat our stay was on 5/3

Really upset that it cost so much and you guys did not have a pool. When calling the front desk to ask they gave me attitude. Couldn’t find a worker ever when u needed assistance. Also so so so upset over the $156 payment in case of damages. Who can afford that ?! No one even mentioned that to me. I NEED THAT MONEY BACK ASAP.

There is nothing to NOT like aside that cookware was only available for purchase and there could have been a few more towels in the room (2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, no hand towel or tissue (kleenex)
