Sehr ordentlich, das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Poolbereich ausreichend. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Die Klimaanlage bläst auf das Bett. Das ist etwas unangenehm.

Alessandra, and her staff, made this holiday amazing for us. From the welcome, to settling the bill, it was exceptional. She is a wonderful hotelier and there is a genuinely warm, familial feel to the hotel. The staff were always smiling, checking in and seemed happy in their work. A special mention to the cleaning staff who were like magical fairies! They seemed to know exactly the best time to make up the room and were both thorough and friendly. Our room was so well maintained and it made the holiday feel more special to be treated so well. We had a large room, with en suite bathroom and air conditioning. The balcony, with views of the lake, was lovely. There is a breakfast served each day for €15 per person, this is a full continental but you are also offered a choice of boiled, scrambled or fried eggs to go with it. This is such good value and includes coffee, tea, juice, cereals, breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, crackers, fruit, yoghurt and cake. The restaurant staff are awesome, as are the bar staff for when the bar is open from 2pm to 10pm each day. Drinks are very reasonably priced and can be taken by the pool or even brought to you on the sofas in the lounge area. The swimming pool is fabulous, well cleaned and maintained as well as offering plenty of loungers, parasols, tables and chairs. It was such a relaxing way to spend time, especially in the heatwave. There is a small supermarket literally around the corner, it was a great place to stock up on drinks and snacks. We had a fridge in the room and were able to ask for a kettle and coffee which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is very close to the town. We found it easier to walk to the right of the hotel and take the road straight down past the mini supermarket, the other hill is shorter but steeper. Garda is beautiful and very welcoming of tourists, there were plenty of excellent places to eat and gelato was always a good choice!

Take insect repellent as Garda does have insects that bite, this isn’t the fault of the hotel at all but it was the only thing we didn’t like!
