This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect hotel, clean, quiet, big room, nice window views of trees from the top floor. Close to so many coffee shops, a mall, convenience stores etc. Me and a friend took a girls trip and shared the room, it was wonderful! Definitely recommend.

This hotel is within walking distance to tons of entertainment. The facility is very clean and never disappoints with their hospitality. Has a modest pool and charming seating area right outside of the pool. Perfect for family gatherings. Fire pit and grill included in the seating area.

The room was great! My two boys and I had plenty of room. We stayed for a bridal shower for a friend and I would definitely stay again! My only complaint is that I didn’t know they charge you for daily parking - which I find strange considering the parking lot was never full and there were plenty of parking spaces. Other than that, great stay!

What I liked the most about the property is the location and the places of businesses around it. It's a place to go that's very chill and relaxing. I loved how the room had a kitchen area and a bedroom with a private shower. Most importantly, the privacy was elite. I plan on coming back in the near future.

I generally don’t review, but a few things were simple accommodations that ended up being “upsale” opportunities for the property. -$6 per a day to park your car. -$20 fee to check in early at noon; would not extend checkout time. (It was a Monday korning- shouldn’t have been an issue) -Breakfast was slop. -overall customer service was off putting. Pretty clean, but would choose a different location next time. -

Stay was fine but did not appreciate the nickel and diming that happened when they told us there was a $6 parking fee. Literally a suburban parking lot with plenty of spaces but it’s “corporate policy”. Find a better way to treat your guests.

late at night the fire alarm cap chirping. The front desk lady came to try to fix it and after a long period of fixing it realize the reason it was chirping was the former guest had placed a Band-Aid over the stop button. I am assuming that former gas could smoke. Not sure why the room was not inspected, but this was really frustrating as we got to bed incredibly late, trying to fix it. On top of that, the vent above the stove did not work nor did the light above the stove. They were a lot of things that did not work.

Our stay is always amazing. We try to make it a routine just to get a relaxing breakaway from the children at home. My favorite front desk clerk is Shayna. Staff is amazing. Liz is great.

This was like a nice little apartment. A cozy place for a single traveler to stay for a few days. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area, yet the rooms (especially in the back) are very quiet.

The stay was mostly good, however 1 day there was a water shut-off from 10am-2pm, which disturbed our morning plans. We were given notice not by the front desk, but on a note slipped under the door the evening we checked in for the next morning, less than 24 hours. We had to wake up 2 hours early to shower and spend 2 hours in a nearby cafe waiting to go begin our plans with family, whom we couldn't meet up with until our scheduled time. We should have been given more notice to amend our plans and possibly choose a new hotel as we checked in the night before and were unable to choose a new hotel once we arrived. Additionally we had to PAY for parking, which we were not told until we checked in.
