    A very special thank you to Linda at the front desk for her exceptional kindness and genuine compassion throughout my stay. She kindly offered me a lovely upgrade to a riverside suite, which was greatly appreciated. I was staying during an extremely difficult time as a family member was nearing the end of their life in hospital. When I unexpectedly needed a later checkout, the team were incredibly patient and understanding. They gave me the additional time I needed to shower and get ready before returning to the hospital, without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Their thoughtfulness made a genuine difference at a very distressing time. This was real hospitality at its finest kind, compassionate and entirely focused on the guest. The front desk team are a tremendous credit to the hotel. Well done and thank you again.

    The hotel didn't disappoint, studio room size was suitable for 2 people for 2 nights. Pretty styling throughout room and property. Lobby area had great cafe, outdoor atrium area and good seating for working on our laptop. Great staff, Rachel accommodated our early checkin and late checkout request. Airport express bus stop only 5 minute walk away and location is 5 minutes from Temple Bar and popular attractions. Will stay again next time we're in Dublin.

    Great location, parking available close by, near to Temple bar, O’Connell St & Grafton St. Staff really helpful and friendly, Good quality breakfast selection. Highly recommended

    The most exhausted I’ve ever felt on a trip because of the uncomfortable squeaky bed, the worst pillows and mattress we’ve ever slept on at any hotel, accompanied by inconsiderate neighbours playing music at 2am. Sound travels quite badly in this hotel, we’ve never had to make noise complaints before, which were kindly dealt with by the staff, but to little avail as the polite requests to quiet down were ignored multiple times. (We didn’t like to complain except we had nearly 3 hour drive home on 4 hours sleep) The lift was also pretty squeaky/ noisy which would waken us too as our room was quite close (we aren’t light sleepers) Cleanliness could really of been much better for a four star hotel, on arrival some of the kitchen utensils were visibly marked with stains, which were easily cleaned off by ourselves, and there was strands of hair hanging from the shower gel dispenser. Only two tea bags provided for three nights, which were loose tea bags (again not the most hygienic for a hotel room) We couldn’t close our bathroom door tight or it would get stuck shut. Good size of room especially for Dublin. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant. Bear in mind there is no daily housekeeping but there is a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchenette. Toilet paper was like sandpaper, again not refilled by any housekeeping but could easily request more from staff… somewhat embarrassing. Overall though it was pretty disappointing. Felt like a waste of money for something we were really looking forward to.
