The staff were kind and helpful. The location is okay, a walkable distance to the historic city center. The water and heating were poor: Water temperature varied constantly in the shower. The fan was noisy and we had to keep a window open for cool, fresh air. No fridge. I would not recommend it for couples or for a long stay.

Impressive hotel with car parking, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful with questions about van parking etc. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.

This hotel is cheap and a little run down and the lift was repeatedly out of order. Our room to the rear of the hotel had a nice view of the 'mountain' and cable car. It was also quiet.

This IBIS hotel is one of the best I ever visited. The rates are reasonable, the facility is very clean and the staff very helpful and welcoming. The sleeping room is comfortable, with a very pleasant shower, but could be better lit. The building is quiet thanks to a good insonorisation.

Room smelt of cigarette throughout our 1 night stay. I made sure I booked a non smoking room. However, I was given this room. This made our stay at the property a bit unpleasant. Breakfast was overpriced for the options provided.

The neighbors next door were having a party at 1am with loud music. After complaining at reception the noise continued. Also the walls were so thing you could literally hear them talk. The parking had such narrow spots filled with big cars that you could barely park yours without touching the others. And reception wasn’t always manned, you needed to wait quite a bit sometimes. All in all very average experience. And even if it’s a 3 star hotel, it feels dated…. Very 90’s vibe, showering in a plastic box.

Hotel with the basic comfort. I was hoping for coffee/tea facilities in the room, but not included. Used this hotel for one night only, so it was ok. Located on a busy street but I didn't hear a lot of traffic noises on third floor. ,Just a short walk from the center and the historic Citadelle.

The Ibis hotel in Namur is very much no-frills; it appears very much designed for business travelers in that the furniture is minimal, the TV is limited to the most basic channels and the premises are somewhat outside the city centre. Nevertheless, there are plenty of things in its favour, such as very helpful staff, the fact that it is walking distance from the Namur station and the cheaper price mean that the Ibis should not be dismissed, either. Thanks to the helpfulness of the staff, we were able to cover most of the city within two days, since we arrived early on one day and then departed late on the next, seeing as we could leave our luggage behind.

Clean hotel with good accomodations but unfortunately the weekend we were there it was almost 35 degrees and the airco was not functioning. Tip: park your car at the parking of the hotel because this cost you €12/day and on the street will cost you €20/day.
