The room was fine, they just need to describe it accurately.

The location and the secure parking in a garage for our bicycles.

The room we had did not look like the photographs or match the description. There were no toiletries or bathrobes, no sofa, or wardrobe. They told me that the photos of the rooms are of all four units in the block and not all units have a couch. There was only one very small saucepan so cooking a meal would be challenging. Our booking confirmation advised that check out was at 11.00am, which I had confirmed with reception, and the cleaning staff were knocking on the door just after 10.00am. Also the kitchen bin had not been emptied and we only received one set of towels. The towels were quickly provided when requested.

L'appartement est à proximité de l'hôtel donc facile pour les formalités et le petit déjeuner. Un garage fermé pour ranger les vélos La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée

Preiswert, modern, aber viele Mängel

Das Apartment war geräumig und modern. Dadurch, dass es zum Hinterhof hin lag, war es ruhig. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist sehr laut. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Man kommt sehr gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Die Dusche war hervorragend.

Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt. Es gab keinen Esstisch. Das Küchengeschirr war extrem sparsam, nicht mal einen Kochtopf gab es. Als Bettwäsche gab es nur ein Laken. Am Bett fehlt Beleuchtung. Pflegeprodukte oder Bademantel waren nicht vorhanden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist extrem schlecht. Der Hotelparkplatz liegt ca. 200 m entfernt. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hin erhält, ist es sehr laut.

Nic. Syf niesamowity. W ogóle nie posprzątane, pościel zakurzona, podłoga i wszystko do okoła wyglądało jak by ktoś dopiero skończył remont i nie zdążył posprzątać. Kabina prysznicowa zepsuta bo drzwi odpadły. Łóżko nie wygodne i zarwane. Wyglądało jak by ktoś ze śmietnika wyjął elementy i byle jak poskładał.

Na stronie nie było nic mowy o ty że będziemy spać nie w holtelu tylko w jakimś mieszkanku nie daleko całego hotelu. Zdjęcia w ogóle odbiegały od rzeczywistości. Tragedia krótko mówiąc. Za takie warunki to powinen hotel dopłacić że ktoś tam śpi. Pani w bufecie dziś rano powiedziała że nie rozmawia po angielsku tylko po francusku i to nasz problem skoro nie znamy języka ale jak powiedzieliśmy jej że jest ignorantką to bardzo dobrze zrozumiała. Krótko mówiąc syf, bród i nie polecam nikomu.

Im Allgemeinen nicht schlecht, haben allerdings aufgrund der Beschreibung mehr erwartet...

Freundlicher Empfang, obwohl wir zu früh angereist sind. Die Lage war gut, fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zum Fluss.

Kein TV-Programm möglich (keine Antenne, kein Kabel und kein Satellit) - nur Internet-TV, welches nur mit eigenem Account (Netflix etc.) zu betreiben ist? Haben wir nicht! Ist TV-Programm heutzutage nur noch mit QR-Code, Bluetooth etc. möglich? Selbst in Tunesien, Ägypten etc. gibt es SAT-Schüsseln, mit denen zumindest 1-2 deutsche Programme zu sehen sind!!! Keine Kaffeemaschine, aber auch kein Tee-bzw. Kaffeezubehör (wie aber behauptet), Wasserkocher aber schon! Keine Pflegeprodukte und kein Bademantel (wie aber behauptet). Kein Esstisch und kein Sofa, wie aber behauptet. Keine Heizung erkennbar, wir haben allerdings nicht gefroren - wohl sehr gut isoliert;-) Keine Bettwäsche, haben nur Laken -mit zu kleiner "Tagesdecke" darüber- verwenden können. Leider hat es viel geregnet und es gab keine überdachte Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen (am Haus selbst). Parkplatz war in einer Halle, die nicht selbstständig bzw. unkompliziert zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen war, der Schlüssel musste erst im Hotel (2-3 Häuser weiter) an der Rezeption geholt werden (ca. 100 m entfernt)...Parkplatz am Haus so gut wie unmöglich zu bekommen, Gepäcktransport dadurch leider sehr umständlich gewesen.

Heeft potentie maar kan veel beter!!

Op het eerste zicht ziet de kamer / studio er top uit. Ook relatief nieuw. De eigenaar kwam een baby bedje brengen. Lekkere douche!

Accomodatie was koud en de verwarming die er stond deed het niet. Op eerste zicht leek het netjes en schoon, maar veel dingen waren toch een beetje vies! Geen brandmelders, spinnen webben, erg gehorig (je hoort alles buiten en in het gebouw), het slot van de deur was erg gammel, maar 1 koffie mok en maar 1 handdoeken set terwijl we met z’n 3’en waren! Niet erg goed bereikbaar.. we hadden nog geen instructies ontvangen over het inchecken bij aankomst; telefoon werd pas na 3x bellen opgenomen; blijkbaar is inchecken in het hotel op de hoek!
