A friendly place to stay in the heart of Givet.

Excellent location with off street parking. Very helpful staff who went out of their way to wait for us arriving late. We had breakfast which was lovely with lots of choice.

Careful with security of items.

Garage parking available for motorcycle and host booking in was a helpful chap.

Proceeded to garage to collect vehicle and returned to room following breakfast to discover lady from breakfast in room cleaning up and informing me that my items of clothing had been put in reception. This 2hrs prior to vaccination time which I considered not appropriate.

A great place for a stop over

Great location. Easy walking into town. Great sized room and good facilities.

The A/C didn't cool down the area with the bunk beds and the power sockets were in inconvenient locations near the bed and for the kettle.

Is clean place for the night if you cannot find any around

They rush into getting the room to do house cleaning even before the time to check out. We are still in the room and they just come in. Very old and dated furniture.

The rooms were large with plenty of room , clean and comfortable, they supply a private locked garage for motorcycles, breakfast well what can I say such a massive spread more than enough food

Disappointment

Clean room, one bad for couple.

They take a long time to answer questions. We had a reservation, arrived closer to the morning to sleep for 4 hours, the hotel was completely closed and there were no workers. We had to wait an hour for a worker to let us in to sleep, they asked for the full amount for the day. We were in the room for 4.5 hours maximum. There is information that the reception is open 24 hours in this hotel, in fact this is not true.

Les Reflets Jaunes is a small, unpretentious hotel in a small, unpretentious town, and we enjoyed a good stay. It was clean and comfortable, and there were good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Pre-stay communications were poor. We needed information about parking (which is actually pretty good) but our messages went unanswered.

The beds were very comfortable. Warm and cozy room. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Cleaning: when we arrived the room smelt like sweet and there is an spider living in the familiar suite. Language: they don't speak English at all. Breakfast: Stop staring at the costumers, pls.

Good value for money with excellent breakfast and comfortable clean rooms.

The rooms were very clean with a nice spacious bathroom.The check in was ready and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the centre so finding places to eat was easy. They also have a locked car park near by so we could leave our motorbikes securely overnight. Overall it is good value for money.

After 70km cycling in the rain, the delightful staff welcomed us with kindness

In the center of the city with all commodities you need to spend a night or two. Very good and complete breakfast. We took the Suite room that was perfect for our family of four.

Not really an issue but just to mention kind of old style decoration that might not be the preferred by everyone... for us this didn't play any role in our stay satisfaction.
