Relaxing place much better than traditional hotels!

Great location and good vibes at the restaurant next door. The host and their members are very helpful.

I would have liked the beds to have one additional bedsheets over the topper. And the bathroom shower should have curtains atleast.

Underrated and low quality….Not worth it at any cost!

The location was super nice.

The room was different from what showed in the pictures on Booking. There is only one picture on the website match the showed room delivered to us. The room showed in the website have a balcony, kitchen and other facilities while nothing was the case in the delivery room!!! The room did not have refrigerator. The coffee machine was broken and although requested to replace nothing happened! There was a bird cage behind the room door and the birds start singing from 6 in the morning. The restaurant was open till 12 at night and music was on until midnight with people coming and going talking loudly.

A lovely spot

The beautiful position overlooking the River Meuse, which could be enjoyed from the lawn whilst relaxing with a drink or eating a meal. Near to Dinant, and we noticed, there's a local bus between the two. Waulsort itself has some beautiful mansions from the days of the first railway so it's interesting to stroll around. Very good food,(for dinner and breakfast ) home- prepared. Obviously a popular spot for local people. An excellent shower and comfortable bed A friendly welcome. Fantastic value for money.

It was tricky to use the coffee machine without making a mess. A tray underneath it would have been helpful.

Good food and great beer in this friendly hotel

This B&B was right on our cycle route, so location was perfect. The owner was very friendly and our room, though not very large, was fine for the one night we stayed. The bar area is filled with a wonderful selection of South American art and other stuff collected by the owner on earlier travels. There is a great selection of beer and a very nice terrace at the front on which to drink it (weather permitting, which it was). They also have a small restaurant and although the choice is limited, the quality is good. We ate lasagna on the same terrace and it was delicious.

Breakfast was a bit disorganized, but we got enough to eat in the end. There is a television which seems to be on all a music channel all the time and which we certainly didn't need at 8 o'clock in the morning. We had to leave our bikes outside overnight, but this was not a problem as the area was quiet and safe.

Liked the overall setup. Staff courteous and helpful. Best part is the pub and the people who come there. It's infront of river meuse and not far from city center.

Not for those that want peace and quiet

Beautiful location, easy parking, friendly staff, great shower, lovely evening meal and breakfast.

Rooms are just off the lobby area which means there's a lot of noise whilst the bar is open. We had the most noisy room which overlooks the front garden. We are used to noise as we go to motorbike rallies, but this was another level! However, once it went quiet we had a good night's sleep and the food was fab!

Loved the breakfast and the service is extremely nice! Easy place to find, only 10 min from Dinant.

This was a great experience! The breakfast was amazing (and completely COVID proof), it was extremely nice to get to sit in their cosy cafe and watch over the water + the many artifacts collected from all over the world. Location is easy to find and has accessible parking. Room is simple but has everything, the beds are comfy and the shower has a good pressure. Was the best way to relax away from the city during this pandemic!

Nie wieder!

Suchen Sie sich bitte eine saubere und vernünftige Unterkunft. Das Zimmer lag direkt neben der Toilette der Bar. Man konnte alles hören, da die Wände sehr dünn sind. Die Einrichtung ist alt und abgewohnt außerdem ist das Zimmer nicht sauber. Es lagen noch Kaffeepads vom davorigen Gast in der Senseo Maschine. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt abgebrochen, weil ich in einem solchen lauten und schmuddeligen Zimmer nicht schlafen konnte. Der angeblich private Parkplatz liegt 50m hinter der Bar und war überfüllt bei meiner Anreise, da dies wohl öffentliche Parkplätze sind.

Endroit à découvrir absolument quand on est de passage dans la région de Dînant

En tout premier lieu, un grand merci à Eddy, le patron et propriétaire pour son accueil et aussi pour le couque, spécialité de Dinant, qu’il m’a offert à mon départ. Bel établissement au pied de la Meuse avec au choix terrasses ; couverte et dalles, parasols et bois ou sur l’herbe. A l’intérieur décor sympa fait de bric et de broc. Table salle à manger face à la Meuse. Grande variété de bières belges en bouteilles. Les clients habitués sont à l’image d’Eddy, sympathiques. Eddy m’a donné de bons conseils de visite(la maison de la Pataphonie). Sur proposition d’Eddy, j’ai goûté le matin de mon départ à une flammiche de Dînant, excellente, accompagnée d’un pichet de vin rouge.

ontbijt was erg sober. zondag kregen we de broodjes van de vorige dag ( rest van het festival) opgewarmd , sandwichen en rozijnenbrood met verschillende soorten beleg. de maandag enkel bruin brood , sandwichen en chocoladebroodje voorverpakt ( deze hadden hun beste tijd gehad. de kamer was ouderwets en rook vermuft. wc, douce en de lavabo waren klein en waren verwerkt IN de kamer. er stond een bureau en erboven hingen een paar kapstokken als kleerkast, plaats voor toilet gerief was niet aanwezig.Restaurant was niet beschikbaar vanwege een festival ( waren hier niet van op de hoogte). de stamgasten konden binnen extra drank krijgen die niet op de kaart stond in een glas. wij als gasten konden dit niet bestellen, enkel wat op het bord stond dmv aankoop van bonnetjes en in een plastiek beker. het hotel was niet bereikbaarbaar we moesten +/- 800 meter te voet gaan. Er was lawaai in het hotel tot 4u30 waardoor we weinig of bijna niets geslapen hebben. de eigenaar zelf was vriendelijk maar dat kan niet gezegd worden van het personeel die daar rond liep (zondag)

Redelijk hotel op een top locatie met onbeschoft arrogant personeel.

Locatie was top, ontbijt was redelijk.

Bar en bedienend personeel was onbeschoft en ver onder de maat. Invalide parkeerplaats werd bezet gehouden door scooter van personeel welke weigerde om hem weg te halen. Hotel had niet gecommuniceerd dat op de dag van aankomst het dorp was afgesloten voor al het verkeer wegens een jaarfeest waardoor je 500 meter met je koffer moest zeulen om bij het hotel te komen. Barpersoneel wilde je niet helpen, bij de opmerking dat je gast was kreeg je als antwoord: daar heb ik niets mee te maken.
