I didn’t use the casino but the smoking rooms should be more sanitized it smelt like just cigarettes and my partner broke out from sleeping on the bed

Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet, but $20/night for a resort fee is ridiculous when the pool and spa were closed. The bathtub/shower was filthy. Requested the tub be cleaned and it was slightly better, but I was still able to rub a clean streak with my foot when I washed my feet with soap and then rubbed them on the tub bottom. Had to ask for towels 3 times.

Horrible, our room wasn’t cleaned and no towels switched out the three days we stayed. Same cigarette butt and mud in the stairwell. No microwave, nothing to watch on tv unless you wanted to pay. They did away with the affordable restaurants. The two was only open Friday Saturday. The other (that was way over priced) only open Wednesday Thursday Friday. Pool and hot tub closed since April ( we was there middle of October). We will never go back

Staff was great. Checking in was super easy. Parking was easy. Clean room on arrival, but after night 1 and coming back to the hotel the room was not serviced. This went on all 4 days in was there. I really don’t care about the bed being made but fresh towels would have been nice.

Room had zero information. Had to call to confirm check out time because room had no information. Left bottled water in room and want to charge a ridiculous amount for it. Casino was sub par. Will not be returning.

Positives: Very big and very comfortable rooms. Also very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had to change our room and the front-desk people were very helpful and made the change right away. Gold star for them! Also, a very safe area. Negatives: 1. There are no restaurants anywhere near the casino. None. The nearest restaurant is 10 miles away, so you're stuck with the casino's food court. And the food providers have sporadic hours and they're not all open at the same time. Some were only open one day a week, others were open during the week, but had really short hours. So depending on when you were staying there, you might be stuck with burgers whether you like it or not. 2. There is an insanely long walk from the hotel to the food. It's at least 3 football fields (300 yards) in length down a long hall. So if you're going to eat there, you have to walk a long distance. Same for the garage for hotel parking; at least 150 yards. So prepare to walk a lot while staying there. That being said, it's a very nice hotel.

Hotel is overall pretty good. It looked well maintained and clean. Room was good and very clean. The beds are soft, but also very supportive. Overall, I it is an good hotel and the overall price for the room is fairly good. The only drawback it they charge you a resort fee, like the hotels in Vegas. I'm not really sure that is area would classify as a resort destination. My guess is since it is owned by Caesar's, it is a just standard policy.

Our stay was beyond terrible. We reserved a nonsmoking room and the smoke smell in the room was horrible. The hall,lobby, and room smelled like smoke. We will not stay here again! Also the soap bar in the room was not new. It had already been used. We were very disappointed!

Air conditioning control was borderline deficient. Bathtub was very slippery, no anti skid mat. Other than those two things it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms and hallways clean and comfortable. There is a mini- fridge in the room, as well as a coffee maker. There are several options for food in the casino. From $13 pizza to Gordon Ramsey. Stay was enjoyable, will definitely return.

To pricy for one night did not realize we got a smoking room which wife vapes so figured oh well. Hallway to room was disgusting smelt horrible and our room smelt disgusting like holding an ash tray under your nose. Blankets and sheets had cigarette burns in em and room stayed to warm. Adjusted thermostat and would only stay a few mins then go back to 72. The amount of almost $300 for one night I could have gotten better deal tent camping. Would never go back first time gambling was ok out of my system only thing that was good was Gordon ramsays food
