The room was very nice. However, the breakfast was cold and unappetizing especially for the price.

The room was really impressive. Felt very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I paid extra for the breakfast credit offered on here but it was very disappointing. Food was stale/hard/dry. The tater tos tasted like they were leftovers from the day before. Biscuits were crunchy. Waffle was hard to cut. Just not worth the money. I would stay here again, for the room though. Very convenient to the medical campus.

The black mold in the shower, the toilet that would not flush, the fact that the water in the shower would not get hotter than slightly warm, in my bed sheet smelled slight Bo before I got there, in the bath towels smelled not so fresh. Now when I brought this point up to the lady at the front Kat, she immediately took care of it and wanted to exchange my rooms I could not switch rooms as I was so busy as to I could not get the time. I say thank you Kat! I gave the room one star but I give Kat 5. I mentioned that if she wanted to come a Hilton room at another time for two nights that would be fine and dandy and make me very happy she informed me I should call the general manager Samuel which I will. One of my two prepaid rooms was not ready on arrival, and they took a long time to move me to another, less secure room. I needed a king bed but ended up without one, with no discount or refund. Staff had a problem they couldn't seem to solve.

Some sticky stuff on the table in the room where it was not cleaned properly and the room smelled like burnt wood. Also, the rooftop restaurant was advertised open until 10 but had already closed the kitchen when we went up at 9:40.

Good location; didn’t have the rooms we booked available; nice lady during the check-in, poor service at the checkout. Poor breakfast, and one day not a single person attending: no cutlery, and a single guy taking care of the kitchen and the “food”, beside the elevator was blocked and no one could get to the restaurant. It seemed like a general boycott.

Very close to good restaurants and nice bars. Valet was a bit of a pain but got the job done.

The staff that was there was very friendly and helpful. But they were severely short staffed. Also they had a shortage of towels towards the end of the stay, we were told there were no clean towels to give us. The breakfast was never staffed- we went up to have breakfast 3 out of the four days and there was no staff. No milk, glasses, silverware, waffles etc. no one to ask for anything. Our tv didn’t work in our room and no one was there to fix it, the wonderful front desk staff felt so bad they tried to fix it but couldn’t. I would not recommend this hotel to friends because it was inconvenient with no breakfast available, not enough staff to fix issues.

The perfect place to stay to take in a concert at The Louisville Palace. Parked the car for $22/day and was able to easily walk to a variety of restaurants.
